JB ChopHouse (formerly Bone’s Chophouse) was opened in 2017 in Hot Springs, Arkansas by restaurateur Lee Beasley, who has been in the investment and restaurant business for 30 years. The restaurant serves premium hand-cut steaks, including Prime cuts and Wagyu, and sources fresh seafood from around the world, such as cold water lobster tails and seasonal Tilefish and Red Snapper. JB’s menu features chef-inspired weekly cuisines and showcases its relationship with local farms and purveyors, offering locally sourced items like Arkansas produce and Arkansas-bred Wagyu cattle.
